You describe the part
Use the quote form, or email the print as a PDF, DXF, STEP, or a photo of a sketch. Include quantity, material if you have a preference, and the date you need parts in hand.

We quote it promptly
The person who quotes it is the person who will set up the machine. If something on the print will cause trouble, you hear about it now, not at delivery.

Parts ship checked against your drawing
Every lot is inspected to the print before it leaves. Prototype orders typically ship in one to two weeks. Production lead times are quoted up front.

A small shop, on purpose
Ancar International has made springs and formed metal parts in Lemon Grove, just east of San Diego, for over forty years. There's no sales layer between you and the floor. The person who quotes your job sets up the machine, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
We run the same way for one prototype as for a production lot. Every part is checked against your drawing before it ships.
